    And separately: a large portion of the work that currently requires expensive consultants is intelligence work — verifiable, repeatable, and increasingly automatable.   • Roger brings 15+ years of enterprise transformation experience spanning strategy, delivery, and architecture. He has held senior roles at BCG Platinion, Deloitte, and BlackRock — leading S/4HANA transformations, ERP program governance, and SAP ALM modernization across North America and Europe. His work sits at the intersection of program leadership and practical AI application in complex delivery environments.

    Alex brings deep technical and architectural expertise across SAP BTP, enterprise automation, and AI agent development. A former founder — his company Ibridia was acquired by Beyond Technologies in 2021 — he has since led enterprise applications consulting at a Big 4, built and shipped GenAI agents using LangChain, AutoGen, and SAP BTP, and delivered 50+ ALM and BTP projects across enterprise clients. He is a SAP BTP Solution Architect and holds certifications across the SAP, Microsoft, and ServiceNow ecosystems.

    Together, they bring a rare combination: the program leadership and strategic credibility to engage at the executive level, and the technical depth to build the tools that make delivery work in practice.

  • Beyond client engagements, henkadigital is actively developing a proprietary library of AI delivery capabilities organized into three domains: governance and project intelligence autopilots (our ready-made core), technical delivery accelerators for SAP modernization (built per engagement), and business process automation agents (built per engagement).

    These are not general-purpose AI tools adapted for consulting. They are built from real program data, designed to handle the specific, verifiable tasks that currently consume senior consultant time without requiring senior consultant judgement. The governance layer handles RAID log maintenance, scope drift monitoring, steering pack generation, and post-go-live stabilization. The technical layer handles code documentation, fit-to-standard analysis, and modernization tooling. The process layer removes manual work from finance operations, supply chain management, and reporting.

    Every engagement we run deepens the program intelligence behind these autopilots.
