Overview

henkadigital is a technology transformation consultancy founded in Toronto, Canada. We respect the privacy of every person who visits our website or interacts with our practice. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.

We collect the minimum information necessary to respond to your inquiries and deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What We Collect

Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect your first name, last name, company name, email address, and the message you write. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Website analytics. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard analytics data including page views, referring URLs, browser type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies on your browser to collect usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Interactive tools. The self-assessment tools, calculators, and decision tools on our Tools page do not collect, transmit, or store any data. All calculations run entirely in your browser. No inputs or results are sent to our servers or any third party.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment information through our website. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not collect personal information from visitors who browse the site without submitting a form.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide through the contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to discuss how henkadigital can help with your enterprise transformation challenge. We may follow up by email if you have contacted us, but we will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Squarespace, which hosts our website. Squarespace stores data on servers located in the United States. By submitting information through our contact form, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside of Canada.

For more information about Squarespace’s data handling practices, see the Squarespace Privacy Policy.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain contact form submissions for as long as they are needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communication. If you become a client, we retain your contact information for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for administrative and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may process limited data:

  • Google Analytics (if enabled) — website usage analytics. May set cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — web fonts loaded from Google servers. No cookies are set, but your IP address may be transmitted to Google when fonts are loaded.

We do not use any advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or customer data platforms.

Cookies

Our website may set cookies for core website functionality (Squarespace session cookies) and, if enabled, for analytics (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use our website, including the interactive tools.
